 Channel Sales Manager
 – Draper, Utah (Salt Lake City Area)
 
StorageCraft is seeking a Channel Sales Manager for immediate hire. The successful candidate must be comfortable in a highly technical sales environment, customer presentations, and be willing to travel (approximately 25%).   The Channel sales manager is responsible for selling StorageCraft products and services through resellers/channels within the US. 

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting new resellers and assisting with the introduction to the reseller program
• Working closely with StorageCraft distribution partners to assist resellers in purchasing through distribution channels.
• Create and present product and sales  presentations.
• Assist in training new resellers, helping them to become self-sufficient


Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a channel sales role.

Sales Engineer – Draper, Utah (Salt Lake City Area)
 
StorageCraft is seeking a Sales/Solutions Engineer for immediate hire. The successful candidate must be comfortable in a highly technical pre-sales environment, customer presentations, trouble-shooting and be able to travel up to 2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide intensive pre- and post-sales technical training to prospective customers and channel partners.
• Participating in conference calls and customer visits.
• Create and present technical presentations.
• Effectively document specific customer solutions, creating white papers and knowledgebase articles to streamline customer assistance.
• Support Channel Management team.
• Provide feedback to engineering and Product Management team for product enhancements.
• Assist resellers in becoming technically self-sufficient.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a pre-sales role.
• Ability to successfully complete sales presentations on one’s own.
• Willing to travel domestically.

Technical Requirements

• Must have strong networking experience, Storage Experience (RAID, Disk I/O, etc).
• Hands on troubleshooting, configuration and implementation experience.
• Ability to program scripts (eg. Perl, Python, VB).
• Intimate knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server platforms.

Description:
StorageCraft Technology Corporation is looking for a technical support representative to assist customers in the use of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers by telephone and email.
• Effectively resolve support incidents, or escalate as necessary.
• Utilize support knowledgebase, forums, and other resources to find resolutions to customers’ technical issues.
• Develop knowledge and technical expertise in the use of our backup, imaging, and data protection software.
• Surpass customer expectations through outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the Support department in identifying common problems, technical issues, and solutions.

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years technical support and/or customer service experience
• High School Diploma; some college preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of all Windows operating systems (Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, and Vista)
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, storage (disk I/O, RAID), and networking
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, interpersonal and communication skills
